目的了解宝应县各级医疗机构消毒效果状况,为加强管理提供参考依据。方法分析该县2006年1月～2010年12月2家二级医院、城区一级医院、23家乡镇医院的消毒监测数据。结果近年来压力蒸汽灭菌器、医务人员手表面、台面监测结果合格率明显升高。二级医院医务人员手表面、室内空气、台面监测合格率明显高于一级医院及乡镇医院,与汤池的研究相一致。结论宝应县医疗机构近年来消毒质量有明显提高,但室内空气消毒质量仍然偏低。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of medical institutions at all levels in Baoying County and provide references for strengthening management. Methods The data of disinfection monitoring in two secondary hospitals, urban primary hospitals and 23 township hospitals in the county from January 2006 to December 2010 were analyzed. Results In recent years, pressure steam sterilizer, medical staff surface, table monitoring results pass rate increased significantly. Grade II hospital medical staff hand, indoor air, surface monitoring rate was significantly higher than the qualified hospitals and township hospitals, and Tang Chi’s research is consistent. Conclusion Baoying County medical institutions in recent years has significantly improved the quality of disinfection, but the quality of indoor air disinfection is still low.
