用自蔓延铝热离心法制备了陶瓷内衬复合球墨铸铁管,研究了燃烧合成过程对球墨铸铁基体组织的影响;试验结果表明,燃烧合成时在铸管的内表面产生了一薄层白口组织和热影响区,但不会影响厚壁铸管的耐蚀性。
The ceramic-lined composite ductile iron pipe was prepared by self-propagating aluminum thermal centrifugation. The effect of combustion synthesis on the microstructure of ductile iron was studied.
