Co., Ltd. set up shareholders’ meeting, board of directors and board of supervisors. A limited liability company may set up a shareholders ’meeting. However, a company with fewer and smaller shareholders may set up a shareholders’ meeting without the shareholders ’meeting, and all shareholders exercise the powers of the shareholders’ meeting.
