人工种植材料植入组织后的界面反应是种植成败的关键。这与种植材料表面、局部组织以及全身代谢密切相关,一般认为界面反应除受种植体表面20~50A厚的结构影响外。还与其表面能量、氧化膜的形成有关;同时,植入区接触种植体的蛋白构型及组成,尤其是糖蛋白的出现及代谢是影响因素之一。适当的生物分子作为媒介,与生物材料的结合,可产生一种促进各种组织吸附和分化的物质。对这一复杂体系的充分认识,有助于今后复合生物材料的开发、应用。
Artificial planting material implanted in the interface after the organization is the key to planting success.
