目的:观察网球运动对中老年人群皮褶厚度的影响。方法:将40名中老年人随机分为对照组和运动组,运动组应用网球运动方法干预16周,对照组不作特殊干预,实验前后分别检测受试者肱三头肌、肩胛下角及腹部皮褶厚度,统计分析各组数据。结果:与对照组比较,或实验前后比较,运动组肱三头肌及肩胛下角皮褶厚度降低,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:网球运动能降低中老年人肱三头肌、肩胛下角及腹部皮褶厚度,降低其因肥胖所致风险。
Objective: To observe the effect of tennis on the skinfold thickness of middle-aged and elderly people. Methods: Forty middle-aged and old people were randomly divided into control group and exercise group. The exercise group was given tennis intervention for 16 weeks. The control group received no special intervention. Before and after the experiment, the triceps, subscapular angle and abdominal skin Pleat thickness, statistical analysis of each group of data. Results: Compared with the control group or before and after the experiment, the thickness of the triceps and scapular skinfold of the exercise group decreased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tennis exercise can reduce the triceps, scapular angle and abdomen skinfold in middle-aged and elderly people, and reduce the risk of obesity.
