根据冶金部1980年5月下达的铁矿石冶金性能标准化科研任务,我院承担低温还原粉化性能静态测定方法和测试设备的研究。经过三年的研究工作,试制成一套铁矿石(烧结矿、球团矿)低温还原粉化性能的设备。这套设备包括制气及洗气装置、还原反应炉、电测自动装置,小转鼓,并选用废气成分红外线分析仪与之配套。在这套设备上对我国首钢、鞍钢等七种烧结矿,杭钢、济钢两种球团矿进行低温还原粉化性能试验,
