目的:采用XRD技术对国产沉香与白木香进行分析,建立国产沉香X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱分析方法。方法:对8批国产沉香药材和白木香进行X射线衍射,并按2θ进行相似度计算与分析。结果:通过对8批国产沉香药材和白木香X射线衍射图谱进行计算和分析,发现8批国产沉香的相似度在0.9096-0.9601之间,而白木香(0.7917)与沉香的相似度较低并且在X射线衍射图谱2θ为10°-20°之间有明显的差异。结论:粉末X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定法可用于国产沉香药材的鉴定与分析,相似度的计算结果可用于该药材的质量评价。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the Chinese medicinal radix and white wood by XRD technique and establish the method of Fourier fingerprint analysis of Chinese medicinal radix Xanana. Methods: Eight batches of Chinese medicinal materials of Radix Ligusticum and Radix Paeoniae Alba were subjected to X-ray diffraction and their similarity calculated and analyzed by 2θ. Results: Based on the X-ray diffraction patterns of 8 Chinese medicinal herbs and white wood, the similarity of the 8 batches of Chinese medicinal herbs was found to be 0.9096-0.9601, while that of white wood (0.7917) was lower than that of Chinese medicinal herbs There is a clear difference between the X-ray diffraction patterns 2θ of 10 ° -20 °. Conclusion: The powder X-ray diffraction fingerprint identification method can be used for the identification and analysis of Chinese medicinal materials, and the similarity calculation results can be used for the quality evaluation of the medicinal materials.
