目的调查不同专业军医大学生学习动力现状,分析专业因素对其学习动力的影响。方法通过自制问卷,调查军医大学生学习动力来源、动力缺失的原因并进行分析。结果各专业的学习动力来源比较,长学年制学员来源于兴趣爱好的比例最高(53.7%)。学习动力不足的原因比较,护理学员来源于“对所学专业不感兴趣”的比例(62.7%)最高,长学年制学员学习动力不足来源于“文凭易得没有压力”(21.9%)、“得过且过不想未来”的比例(35.9%)最高。结论专业差异是军医大学生学习动力的影响因素之一,要有针对性地对其进行专业思想教育。
Objective To investigate the status quo of learning motivation of military medical college students with different majors and analyze the influence of professional factors on their learning motivation. Methods Self-made questionnaires were used to investigate the sources of learning motivation and motivation of military medical students and analyze their causes. Results Compared with the motivation sources of various majors, the proportion of long-term students who came from hobbies was the highest (53.7%). The reasons for lack of learning motivation, nursing students from “not interested in what they study” (62.7%) highest, lack of motivation to learn long-term students from “Diploma is easy to get pressure” (21.9% ), The highest (35.9%) was the “overdoing the future”. Conclusion Professional differences are one of the influencing factors of motivation of military medical students, and they should be subject to professional ideological education.
