司法笔录作为司法人员的基本功和基本工作,一直被司法人员所重视。然而,长期以来,司法笔录教学是作为法律文书写作教学的一部分内容,而法律文书写作教学,又是以写作要求、格式、注意事项等作为一贯的教学内容。教学内容死板、方式简单,学生学而不会,在司法实践中照搬格式,未能掌握司法笔录制作的规律和技巧,从而使司法实践中常常因笔录的原因影响诉讼的正常进行和司法形象。在公安系统的大练兵和打基础、苦练基本功的背景下,建立司法笔录学就显得尤为紧迫和具有重要意义。 As the basic skills and basic work of judicial officers, judicial transcripts have always been taken seriously by judicial personnel.
