目前施工企业在激烈的市场竞争中,面临着标段愈来愈大、管理跨度长、资源配置不足、利润越来越低、管理压力越来越大等困惑。这些问题从表面来看是企业的机制问题,深层次来看是资源整合能力出现了问题。鉴于目前施工企业外部环境的不断变化,企业自身管理模式的创新,要想在建筑领域领先对手,就必须对资源进行整合,产业链进行延伸,树立新的管理理念,这样才能在竞争中取得先机。
At present, in the fierce market competition, the construction enterprises are confronted with the confusion that the tenders are getting bigger, the management span is longer, the resources are not fully allocated, the profits are getting lower and lower, and the management pressure is getting bigger and bigger.
