报告44例小儿糖尿病的临床资料和其中20例1～15年的随访结果,从而指出随生活水平提高,饮食结构改变,就医机会增多,小儿糖尿病有逐渐上升趋势,讨论了小儿糖尿病的常见并发症和晚期并发症,死亡原因和病死率,并讨论了小儿糖尿病的危害性以及其与肥胖及甲状腺功能亢进症的关系。
Reported 44 cases of pediatric diabetes clinical data and 20 cases of 1 to 15 years of follow-up results, which pointed out that with the improvement of living standards, changes in diet, increased access to medical treatment, pediatric diabetes have gradually increased, discussed the common complications of pediatric diabetes And late complications, causes of death and mortality, and discussed the dangers of childhood diabetes and its relationship with obesity and hyperthyroidism.
