随着现如今国家经济的飞速发展,社会对实用型人才的需求空前巨大,因此我国的高职院校招生规模在近些年短时间内得到快速扩大。但是受到多方面因素的影响,高职院校的学生生源较差,管理工作一度陷入瓶颈之中,这对高职院校的班主任及相关团队建设提出了新的要求和难题。本文的研究旨在针对高职院校班主任的当前管理现状进行分析,找到其中存在的一些问题,并对这些问题进行针对性的研究,从而提出可行性的解决对策,以期能够改善当前的高职院校班主任管理现状,促进高职院校的管理工作开展。
With the rapid development of the national economy nowadays, the demand for practical talents in the society is unprecedentedly huge. Therefore, the enrollment of higher vocational colleges in our country has rapidly expanded in a short period of time in recent years. However, influenced by many factors, the student sources of higher vocational colleges are poor and the management work has been bottlenecked for a time, which poses new requirements and problems for the teachers and related team building of higher vocational colleges. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current management status of class supervisors in higher vocational colleges, to find out some of the existing problems, and to carry out targeted research on these issues so as to put forward feasible solutions so as to improve the current vocational education Class teacher management status of colleges and universities to promote the management of higher vocational colleges.
