“走出去”是中央旨在发展外向型经济的重大战略决策,然而,在“走 出去”开拓国际市场进程中,令企业最为揪心的莫过于资金的匮乏。中国 企业在国际竞争中,同国际大承包商相比如同小舢板比拼大航母。为了争 取更广阔的生存空间和更大的市场蛋糕,中国企业开始自觉将竞争对手变 成联盟伙伴,渴望同银行捆绑成“利益共同体”。如今,事情好办了。日前 接受记者采访的中国进出口银行上海分行副行长俞国壮表示,该行过去、 现在和将来为实施“走出去”战略提供政策性金融支持,努力创新、开办 政策性金融新的业务品种。
