随着我国工农业的大发展,水的软化和除盐也有了新的发展,在铁路机车给水中,炉外软水也在逐渐推广。为了节省酸、碱、盐,几年来有关单位进行了试验研究并采用了新的工艺,如移动床软水设备,为降低再生液耗量向前跨进了一步。对如何降低固定床的再生液耗量,有关单位也做了大量的工作,并结合我国的具体情况,吸收国外的先进经验,试验出适合我国情况的固定床逆流再生新工艺。为了学习和推广逆流再生,73年3月交通部铁路系统在杭州召开了现场学习会,学习了杨树浦发电
