“MDS-82微机检测装置”,我们是从现场生产需要出发,为完善华北石油管理局油建一公司”黄绿夹克”防腐生产线的工艺过程;提高钢管外涂层质量,改善现场工人的劳动条件;加强对整个生产过程的经济管理和质量而设计的。该装置是以 Z-80单板机(TP801)为主机,配以测厚、测漏、测长传感器、接口电路、在固化于 EPROM 中的实时程序管理下进行的数据采集,控制专用系统。该系统的功能和技术指标如下:一、测厚1.对三条生产线,十七种管径(φ32~φ720)的防腐绝缘层,通过十二个测厚传感器(每条生产线四只)进行四个方位的连续无损测厚。(1)测得涂层厚度通过数字显示方式输出;
