目的:研究环氧化酶-2(cox-2)与核转录因子-k B(NF-k B)在胃癌中的表达及关系。方法:采用S-P免疫组织化学方法对胃癌及癌旁组织各60例标本中cox-2、NF-k B的表达进行检测。结果:cox-2主要表达于胞浆,NF-k B主要表达于胞浆及胞核。胃癌组织的cox-2及NF-k B的表达率分别为56.7%及53.3%,明显高于癌旁组织的1.67%及267%(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中cox-2与NH-k B的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:cox-2与NF-k B在胃癌中的高表达密切相关。两者的高表达在胃癌发生发展中具有重要作用。NF-k B可能促进cox-2的表达。
Objective: To study the expression and relationship of cox-2 and NF-κB in gastric cancer. Methods: The expressions of cox-2 and NF-κB in 60 specimens of gastric cancer and adjacent normal tissues were detected by S-P immunohistochemistry. Results: Cox-2 was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm. NF-k B was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and nucleus. The expression rates of cox-2 and NF-κB in gastric cancer tissues were 56.7% and 53.3%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues (1.67% and 267%, P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of cox-2 and NH-k B in gastric cancer (P <0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of cox-2 and NF-κB in gastric cancer are closely related. The high expression of both plays an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. NF-k B may promote the expression of cox-2.
