建立了一种能同时测定烟用水基胶中VAc(乙酸乙烯酯)和6种苯系物的GC-MS(气相色谱-质谱联用)法。研究结果表明:该方法线性范围广且线性良好,其回收率为92.1%~98.3%、相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.9%;该方法具有前处理简单快速、灵敏度高和重复性好等优点,并且减少了试剂消耗、检测次数和仪器损耗,而且可达到快速检测与质量监控的目的,其应用前景非常广阔。
A GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) method was developed for the simultaneous determination of VAc (vinyl acetate) and six benzene series compounds in water-based gums for cigarette smoke. The results show that the method has a wide range of linearity and good linearity. The recoveries are 92.1% ~ 98.3% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 5.9%. The proposed method has the advantages of simple and rapid pretreatment, high sensitivity and good reproducibility. And reduce the reagent consumption, the number of tests and equipment loss, but also to achieve rapid detection and quality control purposes, its application prospects are very broad.
