肾脏肿瘤,临床表现复杂,临床极易误诊。我院在1974年～1979年期间共收住确诊肾肿瘤10例,其中误诊者7例。7例中有5例经手术及病理检查证实,另2例经肾扫描后腹膜充气造影结合临床而确诊。肾脏肿瘤的早期发现,明确诊断极为重要。为提高对本病的诊断,本文特报告误诊情况,分析误诊原因,并结合临床中的经验教训,加以讨论。
Kidney tumors have complex clinical manifestations and are often misdiagnosed clinically. In our hospital from 1974 to 1979, we received a total of 10 confirmed renal tumors, of which 7 were misdiagnosed. Five of 7 cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology, and the other 2 cases were diagnosed by peritoneal gas-filled angiography combined with clinical examination after renal scanning. Early detection of kidney tumors is very important for a clear diagnosis. In order to improve the diagnosis of this disease, this article specifically reports misdiagnosis, analysis of the reasons for misdiagnosis, combined with clinical experience and lessons learned to discuss.
