改革开放以来,我国经济保持了年均9％的增长速度,1992年,世界经济只增长了1.7％,我国经济增长率则高达12.8％,为全球之冠,人均GNP当年也跨越了2000元人民币大关,经济增长成绩之优异举世瞩目。与此同时,出口贸易额已从改革开放之初的不足100亿美元,增加到1992年的850亿美元,在世界各国的排位,从第32位跃升到第11位。从出口额对GNP的比率看,1992年已达19.7％.而美国80年代以来只有6％,号称贸易立国的日本只有12％,我国经济的对外开放程度为大国经济中罕见。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has maintained an average annual growth rate of 9%. In 1992, the world economy grew by only 1.7% and China’s economic growth rate was as high as 12.8%. The level of China’s economic opening to the outside world is rare among major economies.
