在我国有色金属矿山生产中,电耙运搬已經得到了广泛的运用。我国已有电耙設备定型的产品,計有功率为55瓩、28瓩和14瓩等几种。有的使用在电耙巷道內,有的用于水平分层充填法、空场法和小中段法等采场运搬;但是,在采准、切割等工作中,現有的标准电耙因移动不便,还无法应用。华銅銅矿1958从年开始研究試制了小电耙,經过几年来的生产試驗,功率由原来的4.5瓩改为現在的7瓩(图1)。这种小电耙目前在有色金属矿山扩大試用,它具有以下优点: (1)外形尺寸小(体积小),适于小断面巷道的天井幅穿(中穿)、切割小平巷出渣和出矿工作。
