采用碳廓清实验和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的测定以及定量溶血分光光度法,分别研究了冬虫夏草(CS)和中国拟青霉(PS)对小鼠非特异性免疫功能和体液免疫功能的影响。结果:CS和PS均呈剂量依赖性增强小鼠的碳廓清能力(P<0.01),CS〔2.0g/(kg·d),3d,灌胃〕和PS〔4.0g/(kg·d),3d,灌胃〕均可明显拮抗环磷酰胺(Cy)引起的碳廓清率的下降(P<0.01)。在体外,CS和PS(均0.25~8.0g/L)均呈剂量依赖性增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬中性红的能力(P<0.01)。CS、PS〔均4.0g/(kg·d),7d,灌胃〕均可显著提高正常小鼠的抗体形成细胞数和血清溶血素IgM水平(P<0.01),并且显著对抗Cy所引起的体液免疫功能的降低(P<0.01)。结果提示:CS和PS均可显著增强小鼠的非特异性免疫功能和体液免疫功能。
The effects of Cordyceps sinensis (CS) and Paecilomyces sinensis (PS) on the non-specific immune function and humoral immune function of mice were investigated using carbon clearance experiments and peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis assays and quantitative hemolytic spectrophotometry. RESULTS: Both CS and PS showed a dose-dependent increase in carbon clearance ability of mice (P<0.01), CS [2.0 g/(kg·d), 3 d, gavage] and PS [4.0 g/( Kg d), 3 d, gavage] can significantly antagonize the decrease of carbon clearance caused by cyclophosphamide (Cy) (P<0.01). In vitro, both CS and PS (both 0.25-8.0 g/L) enhanced the ability of peritoneal macrophages to phagocytose neutral red in a dose-dependent manner (P<0.01). Both CS and PS (both 4.0 g/(kg·d), 7 d, gavage) significantly increased the number of antibody-forming cells and serum hemolysin-IgM levels in normal mice (P<0.01), and significantly counteracted. The reduction of humoral immune function caused by Cy (P<0.01). The results suggest that both CS and PS can significantly enhance the non-specific immune function and humoral immunity in mice.
