21世纪,伴随着中国的改革开放,中国的市场经济更加的开放,市场体制也更加完善。这为中小企业提供了更多的机会,同时也有更多的困难。中小企业由于条件有限不可能像大集团大公司一样有着严格的管理制度,尤其是成本管理。本文结合在XY印染企业实习的亲身经历,发现XY印染企业存在着严重的成本管理问题,尤其是还遵循传统的成本管理模式,成本管理意识落后,手段老化,员工责任感不强,物资使用浪费,生产设备落后等等。通过分析并结合市场变化以及自身结构,总结出一套适合解决XY印染企业问题的措施,加强对员工的管理,建立完善的考核制度和物资盘点制度,淘汰落后产能等等。这样XY印染企业才能更好的完善自我,提升在市场上的竞争力。
In the 21st century, along with China’s reform and opening up, China’s market economy has become more open and its market system has been further improved. This provides more opportunities for SMEs, but also more difficulties. Due to the limited conditions, SMEs can not have strict management system, especially cost management, as the large group companies. Based on the personal experience of XY printing and dyeing enterprise internship, we find that XY printing and dyeing enterprise has serious cost management problems, especially following the traditional cost management mode, backward cost management, aging means, weak employee responsibility, waste of materials, Production equipment behind and so on. By analyzing and combining with the market changes and its own structure, this article summarizes a set of measures suitable for solving the problems of XY printing and dyeing enterprises, strengthens the management of employees, establishes the perfect examination system and material inventory system, and eliminates outdated production capacity. This XY printing and dyeing enterprises to better self-improvement and enhance their competitiveness in the market.
