基于结构有限元法,针对某型无人机挂伞座进行了结构改进和分析。通过挂伞座底座安装螺栓孔布局的调整和座底厚度的增加,使挂伞座和安装螺栓的受力得到较好地改善,但是只有部分安装螺栓得到充分利用和发挥;通过载荷传递路径的改进,不仅使挂伞座和安装螺栓的受力得到较好的改善,而且使所有安装螺栓得到充分利用和发挥。计算结果说明,结构改进后,在结构质量基本不变的情况下,挂伞座最大应力值减小76.9%;安装螺栓应力值减小了52.7%,受力改善显著。
Based on the structural finite element method, the structural improvement and analysis of a UAV parachute was carried out. Through the adjustment of the mounting hole arrangement of the base of the hanging umbrella base and the increase of the thickness of the base of the hanging base, the stress of the hanging base and the mounting bolt is well improved, but only part of the mounting bolt is fully utilized and exerted; Improvement, not only the parachute and mounting bolts have been better to improve the force, but also to make full use of all mounting bolts and play. The calculation results show that under the condition of structural quality being basically unchanged, the maximum stress of the parachute is reduced by 76.9% and the stress of the installation bolt is reduced by 52.7%, the stress is greatly improved.
