以2株YA、YD有益促生菌为试材,以盆栽蓝莓为试验对象,采用微生物稀释培养法研究了接种(穴施)YA、YD菌根真菌及土壤拌硫磺对根际土壤微生物数量和生物多样性的影响,以期为复合微生态生物制剂的研制及其应用提供理论依据。结果表明:不同处理后土壤根际微生物各生理类群数量差异显著,接种菌根真菌后细菌数量减少,真菌数量增多,放线菌没有明显变化,接种后土壤微生物多样性指数有显著提高,其变化趋势与土壤微生物数量的变化趋势不一致。
Two YA and YD probiotics were used as test materials and potted blueberries were used as experimental materials to study the effects of inoculation (YA, YD) and YS mycorrhizal fungi on the rhizosphere soil microbial population and Biological diversity, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of composite micro-ecological biological agents and their applications. The results showed that there were significant differences in the number of rhizosphere microorganisms among the different treatments. The number of bacteria decreased after inoculation of mycorrhizal fungi, the number of fungi increased, the actinomyces did not change significantly, and the index of soil microbial diversity increased significantly after inoculation, The trend is not consistent with the trend of soil microbial quantity.
