我厂原有2台DZLZ—13—AⅢ型锅炉,从建厂安装使用至今,一直存在着升压慢、热效率低、煤耗高、卡死除碴机、劳动强度大等弱点.为改变过去锅炉运行“三高一低”的现象,更好地节能降耗,对这2台锅炉进行了技改.采用了2砖6层保护法炉体,减少热损失;改变前供高度,使原煤充分燃烧等主要措施.从1995年11月1日正式运行以来,能耗降低,减轻了司炉工劳动强度.1 技改内容(1)我厂原有的2台DZL2—13—AⅢ锅炉炉体保温层只用硅酸盐膨胀珍珠岩砖砌体,表层再用1.2mm铁皮保护.由于砌体质量差,表面粗糙,砖缝漏煤烟汽严重,外层铁皮受硫化物腐蚀,每年换一次还千“窗”百“孔”.故一直煤耗高,热效率低,劳动强度大.
