随着建筑业的不断发展和激烈的市场竞争,对建筑工程进行管理势在必行,是建筑工程顺利发展的必然要求。早期的工程管理专业程度并不强,质量和服务水平也比较低,对于建筑工程这个复杂而又庞大的项目来说,没有健全和完善的工程管理措施,一定程度上,很难保证建筑工程的整体质量和安全性能,进一步也会间接影响到社会的经济建设,在这种层面上,阻碍国家的发展进程。提高工程管理的水平一方面可以建筑工程项目的顺利实施和完工,另一方面也能获得较好的经济效益。本文针对现在建筑工程项目管理的现状进行分析和说明,指出其现下存在的问题,并对存在的问题提出相应的解决方法和对策,以保证建筑工程项目效益的最大化。
