感觉神经电位面积的测定比单纯测定其波幅或传导速度更能反映神经纤维的特征,但不知道表面记录技术测量感觉电位方法的可信度如何。我们对52个正常受试者和72个糖尿病性神经病患者用表面记录技术进行了腓肠神经传导检查。检测的结果通过扫描仪输入计算机。曲线被两条垂直分割线分为三个部分。一条分割线垂直于波峰至基线的连线;另一条分割线垂直位于曲线复极化轨迹与基线的焦点和第一条分隔线之间的外2/3,其终末部分的面积记为TSA。
Sensory Nerve Area measurements reflect the characteristics of nerve fibers more than mere measurement of their amplitude or conduction velocity but do not know how reliable the surface recording technique is for measuring sensory potentials. We performed sural nerve conduction tests on 52 normal subjects and 72 diabetic neuropathy patients using surface recording techniques. The result of the test is entered into the computer via the scanner. The curve is divided into three parts by two vertical lines. One dividing line is perpendicular to the connection of the crest to the baseline; the other dividing line is perpendicular to the outer 2/3 between the focal point of the curve repolarizing trace and the baseline and the first dividing line, and the area of the terminal part is denoted as TSA .
