白细胞介素 1(IL- 1)是由多种细胞分泌的一种免疫调节因子 ,在炎症过程中可介导多种病理损害。本实验通过反转录 -聚合酶链反应 (reverse transcription- polym erase chain reaction,RT- PCR)技术检测龈组织中 IL- 1α基因的表达 ,初步探讨 IL- 1α与牙周炎发病机理的关系。结果表明 ,5例牙周炎龈组织中均能检测到 IL- 1α基因片段的表达 ,而在 2例正常龈和 3例治疗后龈组织中均未能扩增到 IL - 1α基因片段。结果提示 ,IL - 1α在牙周炎时有较显著的表达 ,是牙周炎时较特异的细胞因子 ,参与牙周炎的致病过程
Interleukin-1 (IL-1) is an immunomodulatory factor secreted by a variety of cells that mediates a variety of pathological impairments during inflammation. In this study, the expression of IL-1α in gingival tissues was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), and the relationship between IL-1α and the pathogenesis of periodontitis was preliminary discussed. The results showed that IL - 1α gene fragment was detected in 5 cases of periodontal gingival tissues. However, IL - 1α gene fragment was not amplified in 2 cases of normal gingiva and 3 cases of gingiva after treatment. The results suggest that IL - 1α is more significantly expressed in periodontitis and more specific cytokine in periodontitis, which is involved in the pathogenesis of periodontitis
