观察DXB-2型电子保鲜器对常见肠道致病菌的抑菌作用.结果显示:保鲜器工作1小时对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌均有抑制作用(P<0.01);保鲜器工作2小时,对以上细菌的抑制作用增强,并对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌也有抑制作用(P<0.01,P<0.05).但保鲜器工作2小时与3小时抑菌作用无差异(P>0.05)。
To observe the antibacterial effect of DXB-2 electronic preservative on common intestinal pathogens. The results showed that: Preservatives for 1 hour on Escherichia coli, Shigella, Salmonella typhi inhibited (P <0.01); Preservative work for 2 hours, the inhibition of these bacteria increased, and Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis also inhibited (P <0.01, P <0.05). However, there was no difference (P> 0.05) in the bacteriostasis between the fresh-keeping device for 2 hours and 3 hours.
