中层管理者是企业发展的主要动力之一,其在企业内发挥着中枢管理的作用,负责对高层管理者制定的制度进行下发、指导和施行,对低层管理者和员工则具有管理和意见转达的责任。随着现代我国电力企业经营模式的不断改革,各企业对于内部中层干部的考核工作也越来越重视,而建立一套完善的中层干部管理工作对于电力企业的发展也是非重要。本文即是对电力公司中层干部考核体系进行研究,以安徽某电力公司为例,介绍了当前该公司内中层管理者考核制度的现状,并提出了该电力公司中层管理者考核制度的重构方案,以期能为相关工作提供参考。
