淡漠型甲亢罕见。自1931年首例报告到1980年止,不过30例。此型甲亢以老年女性居多。其特点是缺乏精神症状和高动力学表现,多无突眼,表情淡漠,苍老,时有抑郁症。消瘦,房颤,肌病多见,几乎所有病例均有眼睑下垂。甲状腺可触及一或多个结节,扫描呈热结节。摄碘率常升高,也可在正常范围。本文报告两例。 病人A,女,39岁。1971年8月起自感乏力心悸,失眠,消瘦,轻度活动后气促,并出现左上睑下垂。甲状腺Ⅱ°肿大,右叶有小结节。P120次/分,Bp120/60mmHg。血清胆固醇浓度210mg％。
