应用“导管胆肠皮下转流法”建立家兔胆色素结石胆汁的动态研究动物模型，并应用该模型检测胆汁中免疫复合物含量的变化。结果显示：在胆色素结石形成过程中，胆汁中免疫复合物含量呈从低到高的变化规律。
The dynamic model of bile in rabbits with bile pigment stones was established by using the “catheter-guided cholangio-intestinal subcutaneous bypass method”. The model was used to detect the content of immune complexes in bile. The results showed that in the process of the formation of bile pigment stones, the content of immune complexes in bile changes from low to high.
