研究了在CTMAB存在下,钯与对氨基苯基荧光酮的显色反应条件及络合物的组成.研究表明,在PH6.9—7.8的Na_2HHPO_4 —NaH_2PO_4缓冲溶液中形成稳定的配合物,最大吸收峰位于583nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为8.56×10~4L.mol~(-1).Cm~(-1).钯与对氨基苯基荧光酮的络合比为1:3,钯量在0—9.0ug/10mL范围内符合比耳定律.用巯基棉分离常见金属离子,富集钯,选择性很好.方法可直接用于钯活性炭,及钯氧化铝为载体催化剂中钯的测定.
The conditions for the color reaction of palladium with p-aminophenylfluorone and the composition of the complex were studied in the presence of CTMAB.The results showed that the stable complex formed in the buffer solution of NaH 2 HPH 4 -NaH 2 PO 4 at pH 6.9-7.8, The absorption peak is at 583nm, the apparent molar absorptivity is 8.56 × 10 ~ 4L.mol ~ (-1) .Cm ~ (-1) .The complexation ratio of palladium to p-aminophenylfluorone is 1: 3, Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-9.0ug / 10mL.Using mercapto cotton to separate common metal ions and enrich the palladium, the selectivity is good.Methods can be directly used for palladium on activated carbon and palladium on alumina Determination.
