味噌川坝于 1 993年 1 2月 1 0日开始初次蓄水 (试验蓄水 ) ,1 996年 8月 3日结束。在根据初次蓄水时坝体变化的观测数据确认坝体稳定性后 ,于 1 996年 1 2月 1日正式投入使用。在评价坝体监测中最为重要的渗流量时 ,为了消除降雨因素的影响 ,采用水箱模型法通过渗流量响应分析 ,求出实际渗流量 ,与根据渗流分析推算出的渗流量值作了比较。根据坝体变化的观测结果和分析结果 ,对初次蓄水时的坝体稳定性进行了考察 ,同时介绍第二期管理期中和期前的观测结果。
