针对核主泵半尺寸水润滑轴承,构建了轴线倾斜下可倾瓦推力轴承的载荷分布模型,提出了推力瓦块的区域性流态模型,分析了水润滑轴承在转速和载荷影响下的层紊流分布特征;在半尺寸水润滑轴承试验台上,研究了轴线倾斜下轴承的基本润滑性能和轴系的起飞转速。结果表明:轴线倾斜对于轴承的性能分布有明显影响,瓦面的流态性质受转速和载荷等运行参数影响,区域性流态模型更能反映轴承的润滑区域性特征,同时,轴线倾斜增大了轴系的起飞转速,实际起飞转速为理论起飞转速的2.5~3倍。研究结果对于全尺寸推力轴承及立式轴承转子系统的研制具有重要借鉴意义。
Aiming at the half-size water-lubricated bearing of nuclear main pump, the load distribution model of axial tilting down tilting pad thrust bearing was established. The regional flow model of thrust pad was put forward. The influence of rotational speed and load on the water- Turbulence distribution characteristics; on the half-size water lubricated bearing test bench, the basic lubrication performance of the bearing with axial inclination and the take-off speed of the shaft system are studied. The results show that the axial inclination has a significant effect on the bearing performance distribution. The flow pattern of the tile surface is affected by the operating parameters such as speed and load. The regional fluid model can better reflect the lubrication regional characteristics of the bearing. At the same time, the axial inclination increases The takeoff speed of the shaft system, the actual takeoff speed of 2.5 to 3 times the theoretical takeoff speed. The research results have important reference for the development of full-size thrust bearing and vertical bearing rotor system.
