1993年12月13日。中国改革开放的总设计师邓小平,冒着细雨寒风,兴致勃勃地登上了杨浦大桥,巡视新建成的上海环城高速公路。面对大发展的上海,小平同志情不自禁地吟颂出两句联语:“喜看今日路,胜读百年书。”对联不仅对仗工整,平仄协调,更重要的是寓意深长,耐人回味。上联中的“路”,决不是简单认为是上海的环城路,更不是一般的立交桥水泥路、高速公路。这个“路”乃是中国改革
