该报告主要介绍了腐植酸无焦化冶炼技术,从无焦化冶炼技术的提出、腐植酸无焦化冶炼技术的研究进展以及腐植酸无焦化冶炼技术产业化的前景等方面进行了详细阐述。根据该公司小型工业化试验得出:与同等规模的炼铁炉相比,采用腐植酸无焦化冶炼技术比采用普通冶炼技术,综合能耗至少降低10%~15%。该项技术成果,将为腐植酸参与到低碳经济建设中开辟新途径。 The report mainly introduces the non-coking smelting technology of humic acid, elaborates the progress of non-coking smelting technology, the research progress of non-coking smelting technology of humic acid and the prospects of the industrialization of non-coking smelting technology of humic acid. According to the company’s small-scale industrialization test, it is concluded that the total energy consumption is reduced by at least 10% to 15% compared with the same-scale iron smelting furnace using humic acid non-coking smelting technology rather than ordinary smelting technology. This technical achievement will open up a new way for humic acid to participate in the construction of low-carbon economy.
