市场通常被描述为一架自动进行有效资源配置的精密机器,资源通常被最具生产性的主体使用以创造最大效用。然而,现实中市场失灵的现象频频出现,这被归因于垄断、外部性、信息不对称和交易成本的存在。而本文讨论的是由于竞争成本的存在及其不对称分布对资源配置效率的影响。本文从参与竞争和创造、维持竞争优势的角度来定义竞争成本,同时创造出一个竞争模型解释竞争成本以及竞争成本的不对称分布对资源配置的影响,从而对管理者提出竞争中应该注意的问题。
The market is often described as a precision machine that automatically and effectively allocates resources that are often used by the most productive actors to maximize effectiveness. However, real-world market failures occur frequently due to monopoly, externalities, asymmetric information and transaction costs. This article discusses the impact of resource allocation efficiency due to the existence of competitive costs and their asymmetric distribution. This paper defines the cost of competition from the angle of participating in competition and creating and maintaining competitive advantage.
