目的探讨孤独症患儿的行为干预效果。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月~2013年1月收治的48例孤独症患儿的临床资料,所有患儿均给予为期6个月的行为干预,采用孤独症儿童行为检查量表(ABC)对干预后的效果进行评价。结果本组48例孤独症患儿经行为干预后,感觉、交往、躯体运动、语言和生活自理能力方面均较干预前有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学有效的行为干预能显著提高孤独症患儿的神经功能,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of behavioral intervention in children with autism. Methods The clinical data of 48 children with autism admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. All children were given behavioral intervention for 6 months. The behavioral checklist of children with autism ) Evaluated the effect of the intervention. Results In the 48 children with autism, the autistic children had significant improvement in sensation, communication, physical activity, language and self-care ability compared with those before intervention. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Scientific and effective behavioral intervention can significantly improve the neurological function in children with autism, which is worth further promotion in clinic.
