近年来,我国物流行业发展迅速,但传统的铁路货运,却在全国物流份额中占比逐年下降。本文提出以“单位运费”和“单位运价率”为核心对铁路与公路运输费用比较分析,并以乌鲁木齐铁路局奎屯站、阿克苏站发送皮棉为例,将“站到站”运费、全程运费,以及由运输时限所产生的资金占用费等综合费用进行铁路与公路运输比价关系分析,进而在铁路货运政府指导价制定、铁路货运营销以及货运服务质量等方面提出相关政策建议。
