本工作研究了高抗冲聚苯乙烯聚合过程中预聚物折光指数与单体转化率的关系。配方中用7%聚丁二烯时,存在下列关联式: n~(25)=1.5422+0.04663x在单体转化率<40%时,按该式计算误差△x<1%;因此,该式可用于生产控制。加和法计算或稍有偏差,但可用来调节不同聚丁二烯浓度下n~x关联式中的参数n_0和a。由于HIPS预聚体是多相复杂体系,Lorentz-Lorenz方程的计算误差则较大。
This work studied the relationship between the prepolymer refractive index and the monomer conversion during high impact polystyrene polymerization. When 7% polybutadiene is used in the formulation, the following correlation exists: n ~ (25) = 1.5422 + 0.04663x The error Δx is less than 1% when the monomer conversion is <40%; therefore, Can be used for production control. Addition and calculation of a slight deviation or method, but can be used to adjust the concentration of different polybutadiene n ~ x correlation of n_0 and a parameters. Because HIPS prepolymer is a heterogeneous complex system, Lorentz-Lorenz equation has larger calculation error.
