目的探讨持续微量泵滴注联合空气加湿器用于喉术后气道湿化的效果。方法将71例喉癌行喉切除的患者按住院时间先后分为对照组36例和观察组35例。对照组采用普通输液器人工调速的方法进行气道湿化,观察组采用微量泵输液器持续微量滴注,并配合病室内床旁放置空气加湿器进行空气湿化,提高室内的空气湿度。比较两组气道湿化的效果、患者的满意度及依从性。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者术后痰液细菌培养阳性率、痰液黏稠度、痰痂或血痂形成率显著降低,日均湿化液滴入量更多,日均吸痰次数减少,患者的满意度及依从性提高(均P<0.05)。结论持续微量泵滴注联合空气加湿器用于喉术后气道湿化,能够改善喉术后患者下呼吸道分泌物的性状,降低呼吸道感染的发生率,提高气道湿化的有效性和安全性,提高患者配合气道湿化的依从性,从而提高患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous micro-pump infusion combined with air humidifier on airway humidification after laryngectomy. Methods Thirty-seven patients with laryngeal cancer undergoing laryngectomy were divided into control group (36 cases) and observation group (35 cases) according to the length of stay. In the control group, airway humidification was performed by manual speed control of ordinary infusion sets. Micropipette infusion set was used in the observation group for continuous microdialysis. Air humidification was performed with the placement of an air humidifier beside the bedside to increase the air humidity in the room. The effects of airway humidification, patient satisfaction and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the sputum bacterial culture positive rate, sputum viscosity, phlegm scab or blood scab formation rate in the observation group were significantly decreased, the amount of daily wetting fluid dripped more and the average number of daily sputum aspiration decreased , Patient satisfaction and compliance (all P <0.05). Conclusion Continuous micro-pump infusion combined with air humidifier for airway humidification after laryngectomy can improve the traits of lower respiratory tract secretions, reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infection and improve the effectiveness and safety of airway humidification , Improve patient compliance with airway humidification, thereby enhancing patient satisfaction.
