采用HDI3000超宽频全数字彩色声像仪检查了91例甲状腺结节性病变的彩色多普勒血流图及多普勒频谱,同时与病变的核素扫描结果对比分析。结果显示结节内RI>0.7有助于良恶性的鉴别,其敏感性为73.7%,特异性为92.8%,准确性为89%;峰值流速及血流信号的丰富与否对良恶性无鉴别意义;血流丰富的凉结节或冷结节多提示腺瘤或癌。初步发现恶性肿瘤血流信号的多少似乎与肿瘤的组织类型有关。
The color Doppler flow imaging and Doppler spectrum of 91 cases of thyroid nodular lesions were examined with the HDI3000 ultra wideband digital color panner and compared with the radionuclide scan results. The results showed that RI>0.7 in the nodule was helpful for the differentiation of benign and malignant tumors. The sensitivity was 73.7%, the specificity was 92.8%, the accuracy was 89%; the peak flow velocity and the blood flow signal were abundant. Does not distinguish between benign and malignant; abundant cold nodules or cold nodules suggest adenoma or cancer. It is initially found that the number of malignant tumor blood flow signals seems to be related to the tissue type of the tumor.
