本文报道了阴道杀精子剂烷苯聚醇醚经大鼠肝微粒体酶(S9)活化前后对人外周血培养淋巴细胞姊妹染色单体互换(SCE)频率和染色体畸变的影响。结果表明:无论经S 9活化与未活化的烷苯聚醇醚各剂量组SCE 频率均无显著增高,与空白对照组及单加S 9对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),染色体畸变率也无明显变化。此外,对S 9活性进行了鉴定,并对其结果作了初步分析。 This article reports the effects of vaginal spermicide alkanols on the sister chromatid exchange (SCE) frequency and chromosomal aberration of human peripheral blood lymphocytes cultured with rat liver microsomal enzyme (S9). The results showed that there was no significant difference in SCE frequency between the groups treated with S 9 and non-activated alkanolamines (P> 0.05), but no significant difference was found between the control group and the control group (P> 0.05) Distortion rate also did not change significantly. In addition, the activity of S 9 was identified, and its results were initially analyzed.
