目的分析在缺血性脑血管病诊治中侧支代偿的类型及意义。方法选取与2015年4月~2016年4月在本院进行CT检查的缺血性脑血管患者42例的临床资料作为本次研究对象,对其进行回顾性分析,根据患者在本院的检查结果,对应用的侧支代偿的类型及应用意义进行研究。结果在本院进行CT检查,结果显示,锁骨下动脉2支(3.85%),基底动脉7支(13.46%),椎动脉9支(17.31%),大脑后动脉2支(3.85%),颈内动脉19支(36.53%),大脑中动脉3支(5.77%),颈总动脉6支(11.54%),大脑前动脉4支(7.69%)。经Willis环开放代偿15例(36%),锁骨下动脉窃血综合征8例(19%),颈外椎动脉与锁骨下动脉肌间支吻合的患者共3例(5%);经软脑膜动脉吻合代偿7例(17%),外动脉、颈内代偿3例(7%)。结论在缺血性脑血管病中所应用的侧支代偿有很多种,而侧支代偿的建立对缺血性脑血管病的治疗有着重要意义。
Objective To analyze the types and significance of collateral compensation in the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease undergoing CT examination in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the study object. The patients were retrospectively analyzed. According to the patients’ As a result, the type of collateral compensation and the significance of its application are studied. Results CT examination in our hospital showed that there were 2 subclavian arteries (3.85%), 7 basilar arteries (13.46%), 9 vertebral arteries (17.31%), 2 posterior cerebral arteries (3.85% 19 arteries (36.53%), 3 middle cerebral arteries (5.77%), 6 common carotid arteries (11.54%) and 4 anterior cerebral arteries (7.69%). 15 cases (36%) were compensated by Willis ring, 8 cases (19%) had subclavian steal syndrome, and 3 cases (5%) had anastomosis between external cervical vertebral artery and subclavian artery. Seven cases (17%) were compensated by anastomotic pia mater and 3 cases (7%) were compensated by external carotid artery and internal carotid artery. Conclusion There are many kinds of collateral compensation used in ischemic cerebrovascular disease. The establishment of collateral compensation is of great significance for the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
