目的:建立简单有效的方法,测定饮用水中的挥发性有机物。方法:采用吹扫捕集-毛细管气相色谱质谱法,对生活饮用水中31种挥发性有机物同时进行分离、定性和定量检测。结果:不同的化合物的平均回收率在80%~118%之间,相对标准偏差均小于8.4%,该方法的检测限在0.01μg/L~0.50μg/L。结论:吹扫捕集-毛细管色谱技术不经前处理,减少了损失,具有灵敏度高,受干扰少,定性和定量准确,操作简单等特点。
Objective: To establish a simple and effective method for determination of volatile organic compounds in drinking water. Methods: The 31 volatile organic compounds in drinking water were separated, qualitatively and quantitatively detected by purge and trap - capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results: The average recoveries of different compounds ranged from 80% to 118%, and the relative standard deviations were all less than 8.4%. The detection limits were 0.01μg / L ~ 0.50μg / L. Conclusion: Purge and Trap - Capillary Chromatography without pretreatment, reduce the loss, with high sensitivity, less interference, qualitative and quantitative accurate, easy to operate and so on.
