目的 :为了了解临床上心脑血管性疾病患者红细胞膜和血浆脂蛋白 (α)代谢的改变及其相关性。方法 :对 6 0例冠心病患者、35例脑血栓患者红细胞膜 (RedBloodCellMembrane ,RB Cm)及血浆总胆固醇 (Totalcholestterol,T ch)、脂蛋白 (α) [Lipoprotein(α) ,Lp(α) ]进行测定分析 ,并同 55名健康人作对照比较。结果 :脑血栓患者、冠心病患者RBCm和血浆T ch、Lp(α)均明显高于健康组 (P <0 .0 1)。直线相关分析显示 :RBCm脂蛋白 (α)的改变与血浆T ch无显著相关性(P <0 .0 5) ,与血浆脂蛋白 (α)有一定相关性 (r =0 .316~ 0 .552 ) ,P <0 .0 5)。结论 :以上结果提示RBCm和血浆Lp(α)增高是心、脑血管性疾病的独立危险因素。
Objective: To understand the changes of erythrocyte membrane and plasma lipoprotein (α) metabolism in patients with clinical cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and their correlation. Methods: Red Blood Cell Membrane (RB Cm), Total Cholestatol (T ch), Lipoprotein (α) and Lp (α) in 60 patients with coronary heart disease and 35 patients with cerebral thrombosis Measurement and analysis, and compared with 55 healthy people for comparison. Results: The levels of RBCm, plasma T ch and Lp (α) in patients with cerebral thrombosis and coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.01). Linear correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between the change of RBCm lipoprotein (α) and plasma Tch (P <0.05) and the plasma lipoprotein (α) (r = 0.316-0). 552), P <0.05). Conclusion: The above results suggest that elevated RBCm and plasma Lp (α) are independent risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
