桉树中5种化学成分对紫茎泽兰种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

紫茎泽兰(Ageratina adenophora)是一种世界性的恶性杂草,现已在我国西南地区泛滥成灾,探索有效的防治措施极为迫切。以往研究表明桉树(Eucalyptus spp.)的化学成分具有多种生物活性和广泛应用前景。为了探索桉树的化学成分对紫茎泽兰种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,本文采用室内生物模拟的方法,研究了桉树的5种重要化学成分即1,8-桉叶油素、α-蒎烯、α-松油醇、柠檬烯和龙脑对紫茎泽兰种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:试验所用5种化学成分在10,50,100 mg/L时对紫茎泽兰种子萌发和幼苗生长的综合作用均表现为抑制作用,综合效应指数介于-0.04~-0.96。其中,α-松油醇各浓度溶液对紫茎泽兰萌发和生长各参数的抑制作用最为显著,导致受体种子发芽率极低及萌发种子胚根、胚轴生长停止直至最后死亡,综合效应指数的绝对值达到0.95以上;1,8-桉叶油素、α-蒎烯、龙脑对紫茎泽兰萌发和生长参数的抑制作用随浓度增高而增强;柠檬烯在50 mg/L时抑制作用较弱,在10,100 mg/L时抑制作用较强。表明桉树的5种化学成分对紫茎泽兰的种子萌发和幼苗生长均具有一定的抑制作用。该研究有望为紫茎泽兰的防治和植物源农药的开发提供新的思路。 Ageratina adenophora is a worldwide malignant weed that has been flooded in southwest China. It is extremely urgent to explore effective prevention and treatment measures. In order to explore the chemical components of Eucalyptus on the seed germination and seedling growth of Eupatorium adenophorum, the indoor biological simulation method to study the five important chemical components of eucalyptus that is 1, 8-eucalyptol, α-pinene , Α-terpineol, limonene and borneol on the seed germination and seedling growth of Eupatorium adenophorum. The results showed that the combined effect of five chemicals used at the concentrations of 10, 50 and 100 mg / L on the seed germination and seedling growth of A. adenophora showed inhibition. The comprehensive effect index ranged from -0.04 to -0.96. Among them, the α-terpineol concentrations of the solution on the Eupressum germination and growth of the most inhibitory parameters, resulting in very low germination rate of receptor seeds and germination of seed radicle, hypocotyl growth until the final death, the combined effect The absolute value of the index reached above 0.95. The inhibitory effect of 1,8-eucalyptol, α-pinene and borneol on the germination and growth parameters of Eupatorium adenophorum increased with increasing concentration. Limonene inhibited at 50 mg / L The effect is weak, and the inhibition is stronger at 10,100 mg / L. The results showed that the five chemical components of Eucalyptus had certain inhibitory effects on seed germination and seedling growth of Eupatorium adenophorum. The research is expected to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of Eupatorium adenophorum and the development of plant-derived pesticides.
