目的 :研究选择素在糖尿病酮症酸中毒肺损伤中的作用。方法 :雄性新西兰家兔 1 2只 ,随机分为实验组 (DK组 ) 6只和生理盐水对照组 (NS组 ) 6只 ,DK组给予四氧嘧啶 (alloxan ) 1 50mg·kg- 1 和链脲佐菌素 (STZ ) 1 50mg·kg- 1 ,对照组给予等剂量生理盐水 ,72h后处死动物 ,检测动脉血气 ,取肺组织进行组化研究。结果 :实验组动物免疫组化显示选择素的表达增多。结论 :糖尿病酮症酸中毒肺损伤时选择素起重要作用
Objective: To investigate the role of selectin in diabetic ketoacidosis lung injury. Methods: Twelve male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group (DK group) 6 and saline control group (NS group) 6, DK group alloxan 150mg · kg-1 and chain The rats in the control group were given the same dose of normal saline, and the animals were killed 72 hours after the injection of streptozotocin (STZ) 150 mg · kg -1. Arterial blood gas was measured and lung tissue was taken for histochemical study. Results: Immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of selectin increased in experimental group. Conclusion: Selectin plays an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic ketoacidosis
