近年来,葡萄糖响应性聚合物材料因其在糖尿病诊断和治疗领域的潜在应用而被广泛研究.其中基于苯硼酸(PBA)的葡萄糖响应性聚合物作为人工合成材料而具有体系稳定,可逆响应的优势.本文主要从自调节胰岛素投递和血糖持续检测两个方面综述近年来基于苯硼酸体系的聚合物材料的研究进展.自调节胰岛素控制释放体系主要包括葡萄糖响应性微/纳米凝胶、聚合物胶束和囊泡3种形态,它们的形态结构组成对葡萄糖响应性能力,反复开关释放及胰岛素的包覆都有很大的影响.基于苯硼酸体系的血糖持续检测方法主要包括荧光感应器和可视感应器.随着这些聚合物材料性能的逐步完善,它们将更有实际应用的潜力.
